A little bit more about my journey as a practitioner... I am a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of experience in the hands on healing arts. I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) with my massage degree in 2013 and have spent the past decade developing an intuitive, integrative approach to bodywork that honors the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.
My sessions are fully customized and draw from a wide range of modalities, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, THai massage, myotherapy, sports massage, assisted stretching, prenatal, reflexology, cupping, Gua Sha, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, intuitive energy work, and sound healing. Whether you're seeking physical relief, emotional support, or energetic alignment, I create each session to meet you exactly where you are.
